This is an essential tool for in-depth assessments, especially at the credit-collection phase. The excerpt includes the party's contact information, the date the register was last updated, the number of records consulted. After that comes a section relating to the actual "Real Estate Value", which includes amongst other things, the following essential elements: Share (type of right and share), Location (municipality and address for the parcel), Description (complete land registry office data for the real estate), Provenance (key data from the purchase deed), Recordings, and Payment Defaults. The excerpt is then rounded out by the detail on claims and the summary of records consulted.
